On Saturday evening, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor left fans
shocked as he shared news about his health. Rishi took to social media to inform
fans that he will be absent from the circuit for a while as he is traveling to
the US for a medical treatment. The senior actor also asked fans and media to
not speculate anything.

However, this morning, with the news of Krishna Raj
Kapoor's death, it is being said that Rishi might return to pay last respects
to his late mother. While there is no confirmation about Rishi being in the US
as of now, reports are coming in that he left late Saturday late night, as the
actor’s tweet read, “Hello all! I am taking a short leave of absence from work
to go to America for some medical treatment. I urge my well wishers not to
worry or unnecessarily speculate. It’s been 45 years “plus”of wear and tear at
the movies. With your love and good wishes,I will be back soon!

It’s definitely as tough phase for the Kapoors, as just a
day after Rishi informed about his health, the unfortunate news of his mother’s
demise has come in. While talking to PTI, eldest son, Randhir said, “My mother
passed away at about 5 am today due to cardiac arrest…old age was another
factor. We are deeply saddened by her demise.” Coming to Rishi, no official
announcement about his return or Krishna Raj Kapoor’s funeral has been made by
the Kapoors yet.
